Artie responded quickly, looked at the situation, answered my questions and gave a fair estimate.  Judy was extremely helpful in handling the administrative details and could not have been nicer.  John and Norris did the work at our home and they were outstanding.  They found the leak, replaced the pipes and did an expert job!  This was by far the best experience that I have had with a plumber.  The entire BFMD team made what was a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The gentleman (owner) was courteous, prompt and showed up in a timely manner. He had quoted a price of $400 to clean our line and finished in record time. This was in February 2022. Being in an older home, surrounded by trees I know Roots Happen. However, the plumber also tried to sell us on a service for $700 to scrap our line and even showed a pic of 2 deposits. A few weeks ago, our line slowed up again. The NEXT plumber who came managed to pull ALL the roots and other disgusting stuff out of our sewer and charged us less money. See below. Out sewer line is finally clear and it didn't cost the $1,100 this company tried to charge us. $400 for the initial cleaning and $700 for the scrape. Just a heads up. Pay attention to how long the cleaning takes. It should take a minimum of 30 minutes if handled correctly. Thanks for reading.
